Umm Tuba (Arabic: أم طوبا; Hebrew: אום טובא) is a Palestinian Arab neighborhood in East Jerusalem part of Sur Baher; it is northeast of Har Homa and Bethlehem, and southeast of Kibbutz Ramat Rachel.
