Misilyah is a village in Jenin governorate, in its south-eastern part, 14 km south of Jenin and overlooking the Sanur plain.

It is known for olives along with large quantities of grapes and almonds, and wells irrigate its vegetables; Roman and Islamic remains have been found there.

The population was about 2,252 in mid-2006 and 2,884 in 2017. Many of its people have emigrated, especially to Jordan and Puerto Rico, and about two hundred refugees settled there after the 1948 Nakba.
