Jaba' is a Palestinian town in Jenin governorate on the main road between Jenin and Nablus, about 8 km south-west of Jenin, roughly halfway between the two cities.
Its name is Aramaic for the high hill, and the settlement is thought to be some three thousand years old. It is known for olives, figs and almonds, and for pottery-making; its people keep folk traditions alive and the village holds archaeological remains including the tomb of Neby Yarub.
In the Ottoman era it was a throne village of the Jarrar family. The population was 8,942 in 2007 and 10,413 by 2017.
