• Basic technical data in server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for security and debugging.

How we use it

We use this data to run the site: sending the newsletter, replying to messages, reviewing and publishing submissions with your consent, and protecting the site from abuse. We never sell your data or share it with others for marketing.

Where it is stored

Data and files are stored on the server dedicated to this project. Rejected submissions and unused files are kept according to the retention policy set in the dashboard, and can be permanently deleted on request.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie for the admin dashboard and a language preference cookie (Arabic/English). No advertising cookies or marketing trackers are used.

Third-party services

The map page loads tiles from open map services (OpenStreetMap · OpenFreeMap · OpenMapTiles); opening it sends your IP address to those providers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from any newsletter email or by contacting us through the contact page.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If such data reaches us, we delete it once notified.

Changes

We may update this page when the platform changes; the last-updated date appears at the top.
